Eric Ruehlmann is a versatile executive leader with 34 years of management experience, the last 25 years have been focused on hospitality, travel & leisure, and private club management; overnight rooms, food & beverage, banquet functions, yachting, sailing, tennis, golf, fitness, beach, pool & spa amenities, facility management, employee relations and member satisfaction.

 

Eric has a proven track record of improving organizations by articulating a vision, establishing credibility, and driving organizations to achieve goals.  Proficient at recruiting new management teams, organizational restructuring and cultivating teamwork.  Strong profit & loss management; highly focused on member relations and service; clear understanding of sales and marketing; expert financial & strategic planning; diligent on facility management, safety and security.
